Essential Nutrients for Normal Blood Pressure

According to medical records there are certain elements that are linked to hypertension. Essential elements either influence the neuromuscular system, sympathetic system or help in reducing blood clotting. When the heart function is improved the chances of heart failure is reduced. Some of the essential nutrients our body needs for the control of circulation of blood and the function of the heart include but not limited to: Calcium, magnesium, Garlic, Olive oil, Vitamin C, Lecithin, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Zinc and potassium.
There are many natural sources of these essential elements which can be consumed directly from our daily food. But where they are not readily available, they can be found in medications in form of tablets and capsules. In our daily food we can get them from fruits, and vegetables, oatmeal, apples, asparagus, banana, broccoli, melons, peas, brown rice, millets and drink very clean water - if possible steam distilled water. Eat fresh food, water melon, spinach, eggplant, grapefruit, carrot, celery, prunes, raisins, squash and sweet potatoes. Above all you must try to exercise daily, keep your weight down and do regular breathing exercise.
In my part three I will highlight some of the foods we eat which people with high blood pressure should try to avoid.
